If Phil thinks you got what it takes to get RESULTS from his training methods, he will do a comprehensive questionnaire. Filling this in will look at everything from your current exercise regime through to your diet.
Nutrition and supplementation will be recommended from what Phil observes from your questionnaire and current diet. Phil strongly recommends you get your bloods done with him if you truly want to accurately see what the optimum diet and supplement plan is or your current state of health is.
