HOW DO I WORK WITH PHIL?

1. Contact Phil tell him your goals and he will then speak with you to see if you are compatible to work with each other.
2. If Phil thinks you have what it takes to get RESULTS from his training methods, he will then send you some online questionnaires to fill in so that he can gather as much information about you.
3. On receipt of your filled in questionnaire Phil will then go about designing your training program, nutritional & supplement plan so you can start getting RESULTS.
4. The software that Phil uses as video demonstrations on how to do the exercises, so you fully understand what you are doing.
5. There will be regular zoom check ins to ensure you keep on track with your program and for you to be able to ask Phil any questions to
ensure you keep progressing.
