 There are certain nutrients that if you are deficient in then the body will want to store more fat and resist gaining muscle no matter how hard you train. I’ll explain what these nutrients are which I see deficient in 100% of people I test and what the optimal ranges are for fat loss and muscle gain. 

Your brain determines how much fat you carry on your body via the hormone leptin secreted by your fat cells, if leptin is working correctly fat loss is easy if it’s not fat loss is almost impossible.  Find out what causes leptin resistance and how to increase leptin sensitivity.

 There are 2 hormones which must be in the optimal range if you are going to be successful in building muscle & losing fat and unfortunately these 2 hormones are usually in the basement in 95% of people I test. You’ll learn what these 2 hormones are, what the optimum ranges are for them and how to increase them if they are low.

 Poor digestion will crush your ability to gain muscle and something that I see very regular in people from the lab work that I run. It is massively overlooked in our quest to add muscle and lose fat as you’ll find out in this webinar.

 Insulin is essential for stimulating muscle growth and if you get insulin on your side, you’ll pack muscle on very efficiently and get leaner and if you don’t get insulin on side obesity will always be the outcome. I’ll teach you the most effective way to increase insulin sensitivity.

 

 There are 3 factors that stimulate the Mtor pathway you will know all 3 and how to maximise them so you can build more muscle and get leaner.

Why optimum protein intake with each meal is essential for muscle growth and fat loss and as you get older you must increase your protein intake primarily from animal sources to stimulate Mtor and prevent sarcopenia (muscle wasting).

 Why a high fat diet is detrimental for muscle growth & performance but the very surprising connection with ensuring you have optimum cholesterol levels for muscle growth.

 Myostatin is the greatest single catabolic-limiting factor of muscle growth, athletic performance, and aging. There are several scientifically proven supplements which can decrease myostatin giving you a much greater likelihood to build more muscle.

 I will also go through the importance of pre – during and post workout nutrition as this will contribute significantly to you losing fat and gaining muscle.
