Female Health & Fat Loss Webinar For Peri & Menopausal Women
2 Hour Webinar Video Download (From 10th January) – Just £24.99!
Having witnessed my wife go from peri menopause into the menopause struggling with weight gain, anxiety, hot flushes and sleep problems I decided to look at the research in depth to find out what are the primary causes for the many physical and emotional changes that take place through the menopause and more importantly what you can do to prevent and reverse many of these conditions.
With my wife it was only until we ran a comprehensive blood panel on her could we finally address her issues with accuracy, and it is very different for every peri and menopausal woman I look at. For example, for one woman it may be just addressing a few hormonal issues to get her right and for another woman it could be a plethora of problems like chronic inflammation, leaky gut, low stomach acid, anaemia, cardiovascular problems, food intolerances, multiple nutrient deficiencies, insulin resistance, fatty liver and Hashimoto’s.
MOST WOMEN INCREASE THEIR WEIGHT DURING THE PERI & MENOPAUSAL YEARS
You will also learn what is causing your hot flushes and how to diminish them and, just a clue, a hormone from your brain is the chief culprit for hot flushes which can easily be tested on a blood panel and with the right bioidentical hormones can be decreased significantly very quickly.
Most women increase their weight during the
peri & menopausal years. Why?
A SIMPLE BLOOD TEST CAN INDICATE WHY AND THE SEVERITY OF YOUR HOT FLUSHES
In this webinar I will also explain why optimising all your hormones are essential for achieving a healthy body weight and not just focussing on oestrogen and progesterone which is often the case.
I should add here though that low progesterone which I see in 95% of women over the age of 35 will significantly inhibit any ability to lose weight off your hips and bum no matter how hard you train or reduce calories unless you get the progesterone back in the optimal range. And low oestrogen will shift your weight onto your belly and again you must get your oestrogen back in the optimal range to help reduce your belly fat. I will explain what the optimal ranges for these hormones are as well as other hormones that are related to fat loss that you need in the optimal ranges for you to lose excess fat and build muscle.
OPTIMUM PROGESTERONE LEVELS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR FAT LOSS OFF THE HIPS & BUM
Many women transitioning through the menopause will cut their calories and do more cardio to lose weight but this will fail for safe, effective and long-term weight loss for the vast majority of women adopting this strategy. What very few people understand is that the brain is the only organ in the body that controls the amount of fat that we carry and as soon as you reduce your food intake and increase your exercise millions of years of evolution will kick in to ensure whatever you lose you will gain it all back on along with a bit more for insurance.
I will explain what the most effective nutrition and exercise strategies are so you can ensure you are losing excess fat and gaining metabolically active muscle as you age.
My research has also uncovered that there are certain nutrients very often deficient in our diets that are absolutely essential for the body to release stored fat and when these nutrients are deficient your body will literally hoard fat no matter how hard you diet or exercise. And these very same nutrients when in the optimal ranges will have a significant effect at reducing anxiety levels and ensuring you have better mental clarity too.
THERE ARE 3 NUTRIENTS IN PARTICULAR THAT MUST BE IN THE OPTIMAL RANGE ESSENTIAL FOR FAT LOSS
You only need to be sleep deprived for a few days for the body to start accumulating excess body fat, for example research has showed that when study participants didn’t get enough sleep for five days, they consumed more carbohydrates and gained nearly 2 pounds in that time. Any woman going through the menopause will know how much their sleep is disturbed and this will result in your appetite and fat storage hormones increasing and your metabolic rate dropping which all unfortunately will result in weight again as the research clearly shows. There are some very important things that you can put in place to ensure you have a better-quality sleep and I will cover them in great detail during this webinar.
This is a very brief description on what will be covered and for all those who sign up I’m sure you will not be disappointed with what you learn.

I now feel brighter, more relaxed and optimistic about the future
“My weight would yo yo despite eating a reduced carb and low-calorie diet and training excessively I was fighting a losing battle. When I started working with Phil and got my bloods done with him, I learned several valuable lessons. Firstly, our hormone systems are all interlinked so treating thyroid alone was not the answer. Secondly overtraining and under eating was making my problems worse. Thirdly stress and poor lifestyle choices were most likely underlying all my hormonal problems. I now feel brighter, more relaxed and optimistic about the future. I have seen my body become tighter and stronger. As someone who has suffered from body image and atypical eating disorders for most of my life feeling more content with myself is a big achievement. I know with Phil I can now achieve my goals.”

I am well on the road to recovery after a couple of months...
“After years of feeling unwell and dealing with the NHS I was recommended to try Phil’s blood analysis service. I felt as if nothing had been joined up and there was no way of looking at all the symptoms I had and creating an accurate account of what was wrong with me. I must admit I felt a little bit scared at the fact that Phil was used to dealing with sports professionals, but I found his approach is positive and caring. Phil has a great understanding of the biological origins of illness as well as a holistic approach to wellbeing. I am well on the road to recovery after a couple of months and have been left with an all-round route to improving my health and quality of life.”
I can’t recommend Phil highly enough
“I had followed Phil‘s work for quite a few years and I had reached a point in my life where I didn’t want my health to go the same way as my parents and be on medication for the rest of my days. I had my bloods done and what Phil told me really made me sit up and take notice. My health really wasn’t as good as I’d hoped for. Amongst other things I had the lowest vitamin D levels he had ever seen! Bit of a shock to the system being honest.
The scariest thing was I had no indication of anything underlying and I felt ok, but my bloods said otherwise. Thanks to Phil’s guidance and knowledge I’ve started to turn my health around. I realise it will take time to turn things around but that is exactly what I’m in the process of doing. I’m just glad that I contacted Phil when I did as I’d still be totally oblivious about what was happening to me. I have made a commitment to myself to get my bloods analysed every year or so. If you really want to know where your health is heading and how you can change it for the better then I can’t recommend Phil highly enough.”
